Privacy Policy

The short version

PromptBlox (promptblox.ai) is an AI-powered Roblox game generator. We collect the minimum data needed to run the service. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not track you across other websites.

What we collect

• Google or Discord sign-in: your email address and display name, used for authentication.
• Roblox OAuth: your Roblox user ID and display name only. We do not access your Roblox inventory, friends list, or any other Roblox data.
• Generation history: the prompts you send and the games we generate, so you can revisit your creations.
• Payment info: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or billing address.
• Basic analytics: page views, feature usage, and error logs to improve the service. No cross-site tracking.

How we use your data

• Authentication: signing you in and keeping your session active.
• Generation limits: tracking how many games you have generated against your plan.
• Billing: managing subscriptions and generation packs through Stripe.
• Service improvement: understanding which features work well and fixing bugs.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
• We do not use your data (prompts, games, or account info) to train AI models.
• We do not profile you across other platforms or websites.
• We do not place tracking cookies or share data with ad networks.
• We do not access Roblox data beyond your user ID and display name.

Third-party services

We use the following services to run PromptBlox. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google OAuth — authentication
• Discord OAuth — authentication
• Roblox OAuth — authentication and game publishing
• Stripe — payment processing
• Neon — database hosting
• Railway — application hosting

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. These keep you signed in while you use the app. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookie trackers.

Data retention

Your account data and generation history are kept for as long as you have an account. If you request deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Email us at support@promptblox.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

Age requirement

You must be 13 years or older to use PromptBlox. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of PromptBlox after changes means you accept the updated policy.
