Questions about plans and credits
Is an Ultra build the same as the Ultra plan?+
No. Your plan sets your weekly allowance. Light, Medium, High and Ultra are build levels you choose for each game. Pro includes Light and Medium builds. Max adds High builds. Ultra and Ultra+ include every build level, including Ultra.
What’s the difference between High and Ultra builds?+
Ultra brings much higher visual detail and more advanced gameplay systems than High. It uses more of your allowance, so it’s best for developing one game idea from the first build through to a finished game.
How does Ultra capacity work?+
Both Ultra capacities include the same build settings. The higher capacity gives you more usage for building each week.
Do unused allowances roll over?+
Unused allowance does not roll over. Extra credits stay on your account until you use them.
Can I change plans?+
Upgrades apply after payment and start a fresh weekly allowance. Downgrades apply at your next renewal.
What happens when I run out?+
You keep every game you made. Extra credits are used automatically after your allowance runs out. Buy a pack, wait for your next reset or choose a larger plan to keep building.
How often does my allowance reset?+
Paid plans reset every seven days, even if you pay yearly. Free accounts also reset weekly. Your usage meter shows the exact reset time.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Your subscription remains active through the paid period.
What is the Discord bonus?+
